Can't log into the plugin - wrong username or password?
If you are typing your correct email and password to log into your Skype account and still encounter the message “wrong username or password”, it means that the Skype ID you filled in into your CamLust account does not match your real Skype ID.
To connect LustApp to your Skype account and start receiving calls, you need to make sure that the Skype ID saved on your CamLust account is the same as the Skype ID you are using.
How do you find your Skype ID? The steps are very simple.
1. Log in to your Skype account. Click your profile picture to see a small pop-up window where you can see your personal details. Your Skype ID is also your Skype Name.

2. Update your CamLust settings. Just copy your correct Skype ID and go to your CamLust account > Profile > Settings.

3. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Skype ID section. Delete the incorrect Skype ID and paste the correct one. Click the Save button to effect all the changes in your CamLust profile.

NOTE: Your Skype ID change request will be approved by the CamLust Admin within 12 hours. You need to wait for the email confirmation and notification that your request has been approved before you can log into the plug-in using the correct Skype ID.
This means that you need to wait for the confirmation message before you can log back in to your CamLust.
4. Once you receive the confirmation message that we have approved your request, you can log back into LustApp. First type in your CamLust email and then your CamLust password into the plugin.
