How do I make sure I'm talking to the official CamLust Skype Support?

The CamLust Skype Support is the fastest and easiest way to reach out to us. To ensure that you are talking to the official CamLust Skype Support, please follow the steps below.

1. Always access the Skype Support from the CamLust website, especially if it is your first time. Do not attempt to research us through Skype as you might find poser accounts pretending to be us.

NOTE: We are always doing our best to search and catch fake accounts. In case we find anything, we will immediately report the account to Skype and have it deleted.

To access Skype support, go to My Account > Dashboard > Support.

2.  Select the second option, which is to chat with a human and click the Chat Now button. A pop up window will appear asking permission to open Skype.

3. Click “Open Skype”. Make sure that you are already logged in to your Skype account. When you click the button, you will be redirected to the official CamLust Chat Support.

4. Send us your concern and we will try to reply within 24 hours. Do not worry if we cannot reply immediately as we might be in the process of resolving another complaint.

We highly appreciate your patience and rest assured that you will receive your reply within the day.

5. Before closing the chat window, make sure to add us to your Favorites so that the next time you chat with us, you don’t have to through the same process. You can just log into your Skype and shoot us a message right away.

To add us to your Favorites, just double click our name on the header and a small window will pop up.

6. Scroll until you see the option “Add to Favorites”. Swipe the switch to the right to turn it on.

7. You should be able to see CamLust Support on top of your Contact List. Since we are already added to your Favorite, it is no longer hard to chat with us the next time.

Adding us to your Favorites will also keep us from getting buried in your contact list.
